Under P.L. 22-2005, SECTION 59, the name of the Public Safety Training Board is changed to the Division of Preparedness and Training, effective April 15, 2005

IC 5-2-10.5 was repealed by P.L. 22-2005, SECTION 52, effective April 15, 2005.
